01. RENTAL INFORMATION

What are your rental rates and terms?
Our rental rates and terms vary depending on the type of equipment you are interested in renting, the duration of the rental period, and the location of the event. For a detailed quote, please contact us directly.

Delivery rate includes delivery, set up of tent, and pick up of equipment. We require a 33% deposit to secure your reservation and full payment is due on delivery.

What is the minimum and maximum rental period?

The minimum rental period for our equipment is typically one day. The maximum rental period may vary based on the type of equipment and availability, but it is usually a week or two. If you need to rent equipment for a longer period, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including cash, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For larger orders, we may also accept check or money order. Please note that full payment is due prior to delivery and a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. If you have any questions regarding payment, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

Canceled order deposit is a non-refundable 33% deposit.  For jobs that need to cancel, we do allow you to use the deposit on a future order.

02. PRODUCT INFORMATION

What types and sizes of tents do you offer?

We have frame tents sizes range in size from 6×10 foot up to 40×100 foot.

When placing an order, we will work with you to determine the best size of tent for your event based on the number of guests, the location, and other factors. For more information and a complete list of our available tents, please visit our product pages or contact us directly.

What types of glassware do you offer?

We offer a wide range of glassware to suit all types of events and tastes. Our inventory includes drinking glasses (such as water glasses, wine glasses, and champagne flutes), serving glasses (such as punch bowls and carafes), and specialty glasses (such as martini glasses and shot glasses).

Our glassware is made from high-quality materials and is available in various sizes and styles. What types of tables do you offer?

We offer a wide selection of tables to suit all types of events and needs. Our inventory includes round tables, rectangular tables, cocktail tables, and specialty tables (such as farm tables and bar tables). Our tables come in a variety of sizes that are suitable for both inside and outside events.

Do you offer setup and takedown services?

Yes, we offer setup and takedown services for all of our equipment rentals. Our experienced team will deliver, set up, and take down the equipment at the location of your event.

We set up the tent and leave items under the tent.  If table and chairs are needed we typically leave in the back yard or where requested.

This service is included in the rental rate and ensures that your event runs smoothly from start to finish. If you have any special requirements or requests for setup, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Are tablecloths and linens available for rent?

Yes, we offer tablecloths and linens for rent in a variety of colors and styles to complement the look of your event. Our linens are made from high-quality materials and are available in various sizes to fit our tables.

03. DELIVERY AND PICKUP

What is your delivery area?

Bergen, Passaic, Morris (NJ), and Rockland Counties (NY).

Do you charge for delivery and pickup?

Yes, there is a charge for delivery and pickup of the equipment, depending on the location of the event and the size of the order. Our delivery fees include the transportation of the equipment to and from the event location, as well as setup and takedown services.

What are the delivery and pickup hours?

Our delivery and pickup hours are flexible and designed to accommodate the needs of our customers. We typically deliver 1-3 days before the event and pick up 1-3 days after the event.

What happens if I need to change my delivery or pickup time?

If you need to change your delivery or pickup time, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that event schedules can change and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to the delivery or pickup time.
